In the first season of S.W.E. we will be examining in detail the processes of Single Malt Whisky production.
We ask questions and dig for answers. Hopefully we’ll find some!
Not being employed or sponsored by the whisky industry, we are reassuringly independent and will discuss all things whisky without fear or favour.
